I don't often give shout outs to software products, etc., but a few people asked about the photo collage on my recent post about the Agile Development Practices Conference. I made the collage using a cool application called Ript (free download available).  It was developed by an agile development team at Oxygen Media (some of whom we met at the conference).  The Ript dev team even has a blog with thoughts from the team.  It's an awesome little application and I plan on using it plenty in the future.  Here's a sample of what Ript can do.
